Born in Sierra Leone and educated there and in The Gambia he moved to the UK gaining a degree in Politics & Business Management from the University of West of England.
Following experience in recruitment, media and construction he became a successful entrepreneur as the cofounder of two UK based businesses Aston Select Ltd and BBO Recruitment Ltd.
He builds successful working relationships in Europe and Africa, facilitating organization’s interests on the ground, with clients ranging from SME’s to large multinationals in key industries such as telecoms, engineering, construction, financial services, fintech, pharma, FMCG, IT and Media.
Mohamed is a strategist who brings a focused, detail driven approach to his clients plus a burning desire to play an important part in Africa’s social and economic development.

Yusif Lamin Conteh
Co-founder and Regional Director for Africa, Yusif has extensive knowledge and experience in International businesses management in Africa.
He holds a Masters degree in Management with a special focus on International Business Management from State University of Malang, Indonesia and a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone.
Yusif has worked extensively in management with a number of clients including China Henan International Cooperation Group and SALCOST. His first hand, local experience ensures a fast track for companies entering new territories.

Abu also holds a Masters in Sustainable Energy Technologies and Management from Brunel University, UK.
A proven team leader in the field and academia, Abu has extensive experience working within the renewable energy sector for both local and international energy companies.
With the energy and engineering sectors in Africa offering massive opportunities for western companies his hands-on experience in local conditions is a real enabler for new entrants.

As the world grapples with the social impact of emerging technologies, and the changes this era brings to cultures, traditions, and its immediate impact, Steph’s understanding of the subject comes into play.
